The lower slopes of Mount Meharry, at this point the vehicle access becomes an off road wheels through the vegetation 4wd track.

Two prominent high points as seen in this image from the summit of Mt Meharry are Mount Robinson on the left horizon and the Governor in the centre horizon of the image, explorer Mr Ernest Giles named these two prominent land marks in honor of the Governor of the Swan Colony. ~ E.Giles 1876.

The Governor rises to a height of 1052 metres
Mount Robinson has a summit of 1156 metres.
